CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Yes, if your product is defective or does not suit you in accordance with your right of withdrawal.

If for any reason you do not like your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. .

However, any items you choose to return to us must be in perfect condition. You should also be responsible for the return delivery costs. Proof of shipment must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN?

The item you wish to return must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of your latter (the postmark being taken as proof).

We are not responsible for any lost package when returning.

HOW LONG WILL I BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT RETURN?
